For something complicated, it will not be on time, but the quality will be fairly good (at least compared to others I've seen). For a simple yard with just tile and planting, I've seen them go very quick.
If you believe the listing, this home was built 6 years ago and never lived in:

Never lived in seems nice, but I feel like there's a time limit for me. No one would know if anything were wrong with the place.
I don't think we saw a new pricing sheet for Phase 12. I didn't receive one either, but I do see the prices updated on their website:
Plan 1: $2.855M
Plan 2: $3M
Plan 3: $2.935M
Not sure if these prices are Phase 12 or 13.
Very curious about pricing going forward as next phase is all premium lots. The phases after that go back to smaller lots but many will have a slightly larger side yard. That extra side yard was only a $10k premium in Phase 1 but I'm guessing it'll be more now.
I'm happy that they require a powerwall now, personally. I wanted to get one so I can optimize my usage (I'll probably generate more than I need during the day and want to bank it for use at night versus paying SCE). This change might help me get my system sooner, whenever I decide to order.
Not sure if this is new or I just didn't notice this before, but there's a small banner at the top of the Cetara website that says "Due to overwhelming interest in Cetara, we are no longer accepting pre-qualifications to be added to our priority list. Please join our interest list so that we may...
I know someone that lives right on the toll road there (granted there's bit of a gap with some trees). I've been over many times in the backyard and I have never been bothered by road noise there. Nor has the resident complained to me about it (and this is someone that would complain if it were...
Interesting, did not know that. I would guess the non-compete doesn't apply for food though or has other limitations in some cases, as Wendy's and Habit are steps away from each other.
Speaking of Bruxie, I noticed last night that the old Bruxie on Culver/Walnut has been replaced by a Fire Wings (I'm assuming still under construction). Never eaten there before.
Buffalo Wild Wings and Fire Wings in the same plaza should be fun for them both.
I know it's not exactly new info, but the full Site Plan has been added to Cetara's website now. Anyone know when Phase 8 will be released? Pricing should be interesting given the new Ravello prices.
I heard that they just recently (a few weeks back) acquired the remaining land in the immediate area to build out the rest, but haven't heard anything regarding timing for new releases.
