My two kids go to StoneCreek Elementary in Irvine, it is not that bad. Yes, my daughter had almost 2 hours of homework almost every day in 6th grade, but my son who was in 1st grade has less than 20 minutes of homework per night. Much better than other schools my kids have gone to.

Memorize as many practice exams as possible. I took the test a year ago and if you know all the practice exam answers you should be able to pass the exame

Yes in Mite Ball and Tee Ball when you are registering you can request a Buddy, also they try to put the players that go to the same schools together

From my experience in both league's if your son excell's at baseball then Irvine Pony League would be for him. If you are looking for a casual not so serius league then Irvine Little League is the way to go. I enjoy the not so serious game for my 6 year old son.

My son has played in both leagues Irvine Little League is much better, not as competitive, better for the kids at that young age.
