Is Owning still doing no cost loans?
The agent I spoke with last week offered 2.5% with 1.5 points or 2.75% with 1 point for a $765k loan w/ 63% LTV. He said they have to charge some points on their loans now.
Wow I feel so sorry for the parents. It seems weird to me that they didnt have a lifeguard on duty tho. I went to a pool in an older neighborhood in the Colony on Sunday and they even had a lifeguard on duty.
A lot of the older homes on Michelson between Culver and Jeffrey have decent yards and walkways. Back when I rented there, the prices were pretty reasonable. Our home had a small private front courtyard and a small backyard along a greenbelt.
Wow thats just horrible luck. Lots of the trees in PS have been falling down due to the wind and rain. I'm always afraid one of the huge eucalyptus trees will fall onto someones house or car.
Wow. I heard the helicopter flying near PS last night and saw a few police cars speeding through the neighborhood. I thought they were looking for a criminal or something. I hope everyone is OK.
I recently just bought a taser/flashlight for my gf to use while walking our dog. I know its not as effective since you basically have to touch the point to the coyote but I'm hoping it would help to scare it away since it makes a really loud sound.
I went there last night and the wait for 2 was around 45 minutes. Its next door to the LA Fitness so I put my name on the list and worked out while waiting. Made me feel less guilty for eating all those carbs.
