In Feng Shui, a street directly aligned with a front door is generally considered unfavorable as it's believed to bring "attacking energy" (Sha Qi) into the home. This is often likened to a T-intersection where traffic can direct negative energy towards the house. Watch this video Is your...

Lot 120 (plan 3) on Bright Star looks good. Soon they will start releasing this phase when they are done at Drumbeat. Hope more fire sales.

    Cielo million dollar price drops

No need to think twice about buying at fire sale prices just because someone's electrical panel was taken out by a lowlife and presumably bought at the peak. If you are in the market for a new home today (with a view, which is hard to come by in Irvine), now is a good time to BUY at a lower...

    Cielo million dollar price drops

Looks like someone just placed a deposit on lot 75, it's no longer available. Builder fire sales are when you should BUY, not when every Tom, Dick and Harry chasing it to the moon like a year or so ago.

    Cielo million dollar price drops

The Chinese probably won't buy lot 75 (also a view lot), priced at just $2,988,880, because it has bad "Feng Shui". 121 Drumbeat, Irvine, CA 92618 https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/121-Drumbeat-92618/home/196034016

View lot 81 was a good deal tbh. It's already sold. Why no plan 3s? I wonder if Shea will issue a 2nd fire sale for the rest of Drumbeat, on the other end of the street where homes are now near completion. Buy low and stay ;-)

Any views of the landfill from the Skyline lots? lol

Orchard Hills 4 - "The Summit" Updates

The $5M house is the smallest of the lots (6,000 sf or less) with no city views.

Orchard Hills 4 - "The Summit" Updates

So no inground pool in such a small lot size. $5M or $6M house with a tiny backyard. No thank you. The landfill is definitely a no no to me. Location Location Location. The 3 most important words in real estate. I guess it doesn't matter to the Chinese buyers of Irvine, unless it's a cemetery.
