Quinterra at Portola Springs

The homes are actually nice.  Just location is slightly boonie for Irvine.  Actually don't like the see through rot iron gates in the backyard on some of the homes.  Lack of privacy.

Well the sky did fall in another part of Irvine that I thought I could never afford.  C'mon Lehman bros part 2, ps9 needs an asbestos filled flipper project in Turtle Rock  so I can move to Shady Canyon.
 
For Plan 3, Lot 27 and Lot 4 are still available.  Not liking the shared driveway on either.  It is a pretty good value at around $350 sqft range.  Was considering this for a jump site to Orchid Hills Grove.  But I don't want to be stuck trying to resale when the time comes.
