How did test walk into the construction site, especially during the work days, and take those pictures (especially the one from inside of half constructed model home) with out been kick out by the workers is beyond me. 

Let's see if test can take some pics of OH's model homes up close for us.... :)

Pre-qualification begin April 9th, so the grand opening should be April 19th?

Base on pass experience, the Laurel's sales office might be open 1 week before the grand opening and the Laurel's grand opening should be Saturday, April 19th.  If not, than probably April 26th.

Usually the pre-qualification starts about 10 days before the grand openings, but April 19th is so close and IP haven't announce the grand opening yet.

The sale office will be open a few days early before the model home opens at the grand opening, just to provide info, answer question, hand out pre-qualify papers and it's open to every one.

IP does not do preview, pre-opening tour like some other builders does.
 
Laurel's sales office are now opened.  Model are not opened until the grand opening on 4/26

Base Property Tax: 1.05% of sales price
AD Tax: $1796 per year

Overall effective tax rate: approx. 1.5%

HOA: $129 per month at buildout.

Here's sit map of Laurel.

One nice thing about Laurel is that about half of the home are not back against another home.  I believe most of the lot are around 3500 sq.ft and given such small back yard, not backing another home is definite a plus.  Those cul-de-sac are nice too.
