You could buy an old air cooled 911 in the 2000s for less than a third of their current prices.In some ways you are right but it is really the simplest economic equation of supply and demand. They aren’t making any more 1965 Broncos, but Musk is still pumping out Model Y’s. As an investment, there is no comparison. My main worry is having a valuable car as a daily driver. Gotta use a club in my area
