We have directv and are very happy.  Much cheaper than what we would have been paying for cable through cox.  However we do have cox high speed internet.

I just don't know if we will ever see mortgage rates in the 3% range for a 30year fixed loan.  We are more than happy that we got an interest at 4.75% at zero points.

That is stupid how they charge so much for that door.  Just another reason why my wife and I are glad we didn't buy one of those new Woodbury homes.  We find that the door to be a benefit for us as we have some different schedules, I have an office job while my wife is a nurse.

We recently closed on our little home over in Northwood Pointe.  We won't be moving in until sometime in July after the owners move out at the end of June since we did a rent back with them until at time.  The sellers were very pleasant and allowed us to come by several times during the process...

I'm all for legalizing it. The state could use the tax revenues and resources to fight it can be re-directed at more important things. My opinion is that tabacco is much more adictive than marijuana.

I second that recommendation. He was very patient with us and found us our home using some creative ideas. We were only looking in Tustin Ranch and Irvine. He also went out of his way to work with our busy schedules.

Although I'm not asian and my wife is only half, we sold our home in LA in 2005 with a good amount of equity (more luck than good timing). When we were looking for a home in Irvine we thought the prices were even more nuts than our home in LA so we decided to wait.
