I remembered Tri-Village's beef noodle soup wasn't too bad. Do people still go there? I recently tried the beef noodle soup at Guppy House. Probably the most expensive.

I'm in the process of prepping my old house to rent out (first time landlord here). Anyone have any recommendations for deep cleaners (inside/out of everything). Thanks!

Thanks! We got plan 2. Last time I checked a few weeks ago, there were 1 or 2 houses left from phases 1 and 2. They are now moving on to phase 3.

I used to go to 85C when it first opened and there was rarely ever a line. Now, it's out of control. I'll only buy something if there's no line. Not worth the wait.

I tried this last week... not too bad for your typical Americanized Chinese food.

I've been living in a detached condo for 8 years, and at this point the shared driveway doesn't even really bother me (plus, I have quiet and considerate neighbors). Both the master and sub HOA aren't too high. I actually paid a small premium for a larger backyard, but even then I hardly use it...

I'm not a big sushi eater, but my first time eating omakase was at Nana San. Loved it.
