    Agree with Irvinehomeowner, its a nice property and the street it faces is very quiet , not like Sand canyon.... Homes in Paseo Westpark are very nice and have good value.

    Just got hit by stomach flu, heard this is going around in Irvine right now. Started after having Starbucks coffee, with a headache that turned into migraine, then vomiting. Just wondering if anyone else got hit with this bug

    Auburn at Stonegate versus Legend at Beacon Park

    its personal preference, with the layout it feels better walking thru, but also the other item is about backyard space.  The auburn will be a lower maintenance yard because of very little backyard space, thus lower landscaping cost and more living space.  Theres also resale point...Stonegate...
