its a nice property and the street it faces is very quiet , not like Sand canyon....
Homes in Paseo Westpark are very nice and have good value.

its personal preference, with the layout it feels better walking thru, but also the other item is about backyard space. The auburn will be a lower maintenance yard because of very little backyard space, thus lower landscaping cost and more living space. Theres also resale point...Stonegate...

The elevator is great for handicapped person in the family or seniors who have a hard time with stairs. With regard to 3rd floor , that depends on a persons lifestyle, and views are definitely a consideration.
