Do you I know if it?s better to get drawings approved by engineering firm and then hire contractor or just hire a contractor to get plans approved and build?  Just trying to add a balcony off the master bedroom.  Let me know if anyone has recommendations.

A lot of Yelp reviews get positive comments.  But I?ve personally had hit or miss experience.  Would like to know movers who are very careful with wrapping and disassembling and reassembling furniture and not losing any parts.  The small stuff I can move myself but the furniture need extra care.

Hey Martin, if buyers are not trying to buy the view lots in phase 5, why would they try for phase 6/7?  Aren?t those all interior lots and normal sized lots?  There will be a price increase later on also.

Does that typically cost a lot more to do in terms of labor and baseboards?

My understanding is that the quarter round is to hide the gap and allow for expansion because of the tongue and groove on the side of the hardwood. Isn?t it better just to rip out the baseboards, install the hardwood to the wall and then install new baseboard ontop of it so you don?t need...
