When Entrata was new, the sales was very slow, one of slowest sale track at OH.  And unlike new home from some other neighborhood with price increase phase after phase, Entrata's asking price didn't changes much from phase 1 to phase 10.

The home looks nice and price is very good, but that address....

Looks like someone is cashing in four properties they bought in 2013. A couple are on the low end. If he's in a hurry, maybe he'll deal.....after all his profits on the yuan/dollar thing are coming down and he might want to lock that in

All hit MLS at the same time by the same listing agent. Interesting.

Nice payday!

Combine the currency gains and property gains and he really made out well.

Maybe the seller wanted it on the mls in a hurry and she didn't have time to get the photos done yet.

All of those four homes were bought and put up for rent right away.

Ms Yip lives in the area too. If there were more pix I would think they might be Ms. Yip's properties.

The two lowest priced homes should be quick rentals at this time of year making me think he's cashing out for whatever reason.

The dreaded number 4 in the address..."death"  :)

Yeah, the street noise might be a factor.

I think street noise and pool noise would be more noticeable than the train.

Yes. Street noise is a pain because it can be constant and/or irregular.

I think it's far enough from the train where that wont be an issue compared to anything else.

I disagree. We lived much farther from the train and we could hear it. At that proximity, you will feel it too.

I was under the impression that having one '4' in the address wasn't bad, so long as it had multiple numbers?

Expert commentary?

I live slightly closer and it is not at all an issue.  Yeah if your windows are open you will hear the rare train come through.

I've only had a problem with it once.  One time there was construction at 1am and that was loud as hell.  I believe that violated rules and laws, but am unsure about that.  Anyhow that was a once in a decade type of event.

To each their own...

It's fascinating how... members of this forum are so consumed with Chinese feng shui to the point where they truly believe it could affect their property values.  My oh my what Amurica has become. Rather fascinating indeed.

BTB you say this but would you buy a house in EW or OH3 if the address were:

4 Kingsdale
44 Main
444 Elm

I bet not.
