Delano Phase 12 Release!!!!!

We are now pushing $975,000 !!!!  Almost $1M for an attached product!  ;D ;D  As I said last year, we WILL break $1MILLION$ for an attached product by the middle to third quarter of this year.

Looks like that might be a premium lot from the comments at the bottom.  Regardless, prices in the low-to-mid $900s for Delano is a head scratcher and surprising to me.

Yeah, unbelievable.  And the most amazing thing is that there are plenty of buyers still able to afford them.

Pretty soon everything in EW is over $1M.  Million dollar village here we come.
