Delano at Eastwood

Thanks Yellow Belly Fever. My sister in law's Delano keeps going up in value. Your tireless trolling from beneath your Petaluma bridge has worked.

Time to cover your tracks again and edit all your posts to "."

BTW, Petaluma plan 1, 1685 sq ft, 3 bed,  is also selling for $950k. So, it seems that "usable" square feets matter more than attached/de attached--at least in this case.

Is that what the plan 1 is selling for now?  I actually thought Petaluma was sold out, except for the models.

No, I am comparing Petaluma plan 1 and Delano plan 2. Petaluma plan 1, 1685, and Delano plan 2, 1714 sq ft. Both are 3 bedroom

I believe Delano's builder Brookefield includes certain upgrades such as enhanced cabinets, flooring etc in the base selling price where as Petaluma comes with basic stuff for the base price.

Not sure if this is a cause for celebration.

As much as I think Irvine is worth the premium, I have sad face for people trying to buy entry or mid level homes.
