Not really a fair question when many of the folks posting here - graphix more than most, have already either answered the "question" or have demonstrated through extensive, data-supported posts that they are the real deal, knowledgeable, and have something constructive to offer. This is, after all, primarily a real estate forum. IF you have really been a long time lurker, you'd know how things generally work around here. Making the effort to see if your "question" has already been answered or doing a little research on your own is part of the deal.

What purpose, exactly, does wasting all of our time with inane, juvenile and pointless moderator-baiting serve?

FYI. The OC Housewives show are the epitimy of all that was wrong with Orange County during

the boom. Now that reality has set in. The series is looking at its last installment. Several of the cast members have some jail time and Mr. Keogh is looking at a year or more for his 2nd duece. He was on Formal Probation as his last DUI was a felony with injury.

Are there publications out there? I'm just looking for some type of credibility in the real world to support the notion that some people have of themselves. I'm not talking a 10 page bio here, 1 or 2 sentences would suffice. They should be at least willing to do that if they are going to question other people.

It's the same reaction I have when walking up to the cash register line at the grocery store and I see all of the gossip magazines. I expect them to be there tho, I didn't expect them to be on this forum. Sorry, I was just thinking outloud.

And in response to lying, the only thing that you can have me on is the UCI MBA program. I was admitted, I decided not to attend because it's too expensive for me right now. I think I would rather do the CSU Fullerton distance education program at UCI, spend half as much on tuition. I've been glancing over posts in here for over a year now, more so now, so that's why I called myself a long time lurker.

I'm not claiming to know things about posters, I'm just pointing out that you have yet to show a reason why your opinion is better than anyone elses here. If I hear someone acting like he can walk on water, I want to see them walk on water.

If that is true, I am sorry about that, Robert. You're right - it is expensive. Don't feel bad (and don't let anyone else make you feel bad either for not being able to attend.) You have plenty of other good options like the one you suggested and you also have plenty of time to see where things take you. I have a feeling you will do quite well.
