Tempting.....110 HOA and ~1.6% tax?

I left my suitcase of cash at home so they wouldn't show me the models.

In 3 weeks they will be open to the public.

went to san mateo and san marcos today... lots of people, the san marcos lot was full.  they said that if you registered online with them they would let you tour the models [but i don't think they were finished].

For those that plan to stop by on April 9th for the opening, I think all 4 neighborhoods are opening that day. The Maricopa sales said it's going to be chaotic. They're going to have shuttles bringing people from other lots, streets and model homes will be packed with people. Could be difficult to get a good look and feel of the floor plans. FYI.


Anyone have info on when phase 2 Maricopa would be released and move-in dates?
