White bread, no crusts, and strawberry jelly please. :cheese:Aqua Bliss said:haha, thanks guys for the responses. I'd try the bicycle thing but I don't have a bicycle, maybe I could walk from the shopping center, but I don't think there's a sidewalk on the road that leads up there.
Next time someone hears of an open house in Shady Canyon can you post in this thread or PM me. If nobody responds then I guess I'll have to take USC out to lunch. Maybe I can make a PB&J and he can eat it in my backseat while we tour the area![]()

Thanks freedom, I shall check it out...!freedomCM said:Actually, there is a really nice bike path/pedestrian path that runs all the way from the QH/405 junction up over the hill and back to Culver.

It says it's an auction, so thats the starting price? couldn't find the auction website though
awgee said:Do you plan on attending the auction? If so, will you let us know the results?
If not, do you know what time the auction is scheduled for?
Previewed 72 Golden Eagle this Sunday. It was so big and had so many rooms, I was unsure what one would do with some of them.

Jan 23, 2009 Listed $1,950,000 -- SoCalMLS #U9000409
from the tax records, it seems like the lot was originally sold for more than 2.1 M. This was one of the later lots to come onto the market, so I guess they must have bought at the peak of the market. But nearly 400,000 decrease in five months? Any idea what a reaonable price for this property would be? Thanks!
The following is not a smart alecky answer. It is a serious answer.cactusfan said:I was looking at the lot 33 Needle Grass, and the downward movement in the last month has been pretty dramatic:
