There is no way that clown George could possibly keep this up. He comes off dumber than a rock. Real estate developer? Puleeeez!
Yeah, who is this George guy? What kind of real estate does he develop? What development firm does he own? I work in the real estate development industry and know of the big players and he is not anyone I have heard of.

Ask and you shall receive...

george's co

Great find!

I agree he comes across like a goof.

Hate to admit he’s got plenty of firepower.

My favorite part was Laurie mocking her daughter for "not having a clue" unlike her. I almost spit out my drink she Laurie said "not a day goes by when I don't talk business plans with George." With the exception of a brief stint selling insurance for Vicki I thought her business plans were limited to finding increasingly wealthy men to marry.

Say what you will but give her props she scored on that one.

They practically live at the St. Regis.

On another note, it breaks my heart to see Gretchen with the older version of Kenny Rogers.

Absolutely no props from me. There is no amount of money that would make George attractive to me.

Ten

She is back on the market.

Her "dude" Jeff has passed away from his Leukemia.

Knew about the Leukemia, didn’t know he passed.

That’s unfortunate.

He actually seemed like a really nice guy that genuinely cared about her.

I agree, he seemed very nice, and it was almost painful to watch him in some episodes, he looked as if he was struggling--tired and weak. I had no idea he had died. sad.

I'm sure the other housewife gals wish they could take back some of those unkind "daddy" comments they made about her. This is a lesson in "think before you open your mouth". At least she made his final days happier. Now their nastiness is recorded for all eternity. Something to be proud of, OC Housewives.

Yeah, they are coming off very rude.

I would never be friends with any of them.

Although Gretchen seems nice.

It's very sad that her fiance died.

It must be very difficult for Gretchen and his children to watch the episode.

I have videos of my grandfather, and I still can't watch them - and he died about 5 years ago.

Lauri Peterson has decided to "cease filming" for now in order to spend more time with her family. Interesting. I hope she can do something positive for her son when he finally gets out of jail.

There's another new "housewife" starting next week named Lynne Curtin. She's from Laguna Beach and, according to the Bravo bios, "Lynne's laid-back philosophy on life flows into her lax parenting style: 'I want to be the cool mom... I don't want to say no.'"

Lovely. More spoilt children.

I bet that it goes back to the Bank.

I bet you're right. They owe just over 1.3 Million on their latest '07 ARM and HELOC loans on this Ladera McMansion. She does an interview with the OC Register and lets the world know she doesn't really need to sell, there is certainly no problem, they just want to find a more private location and pocket three hundred grand.

Yeah, right! Your actions aren't matching up to the words you used in your last media interview Mr. and Mrs. Barney.

They are chasing the market down with multiple price drops in the last few weeks. Christmas is coming and panic is setting in. And now even the 400 dollars per month in Covenant Hills HOA dues are starting to sting.

I can't wait to see how this one plays out!

Are the Barney's the ones who we saw moving gym equipment in the house? Where they chipped the walls and broke the banister and cracked the floor? That house?

They should put that clip on endless loop during their open houses!

edited: to change "their realtor" to "they" since they are their own realtor.
