How much does the Irvine Company hate this site?

Don't let them push you around IR. They're fools to think they can silence so many people. If they shut you down, someone (heck I'd do it) wills start up another one.

Yea, wahoo. This T-shirt will really "stick it to the man". I heard that, after donald bren read one of the longer posts on IHB (one of the ones with all the borrowed graphs), he walked out on his balcony and screamed "Nooooooooooooooo!".

Actually, if you really wanted to stick it to the man - there should be a Swiss account # we can use for "referrals" to buy various new homes one day. So the referral bonus goes in IHB's pocket

<p>I'm not going to tell you how TIC bullied me.... Its a long drawn out and irritating thing. But suffice to say, I have major schadenfreude when it comes to them. But i do have to say he's built quite an empire though and i'm sure he's worked VERY hard to get it. I'm just not keen on stepping on people to do it.</p>

Why would TIC hate this site... if I were a business owner, I couldn't pay for better free publicity.





The longer you hold off on buying a home, the longer you pay rent to TIC. If they're not making $ from land sales, they can still make $ from rental income. Either way, you're paying them, even when you shop at any shopping Plaza or dine in any restaurant in the city.
