Again, it's not you that will get hit with a suit, but the site owner/operator... specifically it was the personal information being posted on these forums which was the final straw for zovall in the Got Milk? incident. It adds nothing, risks much, and doesn't advance the discussion of the topic.

+1...my parents were very strict with me and my dad always told me that your word has to be as good as gold because that will determine whether people will respect and trust you. Also, in my corporate experience I also learned that you want to under promise and over deliver to your clients.

God, I keep hearing the same old thing, that I'm trying to get business or commission. You guys are like a broken record... Is that all you have to say? I feel like I've answered that one enough too, use the search.

And you can question what I have to offer and when I do offer something, like what started a HUGE discussion on this thread, the whiners on this forum, that don't contribute and just complain, will scream that I don't have cred to back my opinion; despite the fact that I'm using cited facts. If I may... Robert, I understand you are not necessarily looking to promote your services or yourself. However, have you considered that it may not be best to cause damage to your professional image either? I am not trying to take sides here. I just wouldn't want you to do or say something you may regret in 5 or 10 years when a potential client goes to Google you and gets more than they were expecting. Today, you may pay it no mind, but in a few years, you may wish your 25 year-old self chose not to self-destruct your 35 year-old self. It is simply food for thought. I think it took me quite a few years to realize the value in the saying of "don't burn your bridges". I truly hope you will just consider the advice before dismissing it. (Your 35-years-old-and-married-with-two-mouths-to-feed-self might thank me.)
