    Next phase pricing "starting at $735,000" a $39K jump from the starting price of the second phase. These prices getting ridiculous.

    So prices jumped up ~$20K between phase 1 and phase 2. Can they sustain these kind of increases through the later phases?

    I didn't even have to ask. They offered. They were surprised at how "high" it was, as most people they've talked to that day were in the "300-400's". They will skip over all contingent buyers on Saturday.

    Just curious, how does the priority list work? Do they really just prioritize based on the time they received the pre-qual application? Or do they bump up Cash Buyers straight to the top of the list?
