Since LR is a gated community I don't think they will have any ammenities outside the gates.  Also, PS is the competition so I doubt there will be any sharing of amenitities.

With single family homes, the house is yours to maintain.  But I called the HOA and asked anyways.  It was a very quick answer from them - Its my responsibility, like I though.  This brings me back to the original problem - How do i fix it?  Any sonoma residents out there?

I live in the Sonoma section of woodbury.  On the front of the home is a light that I believe is solar powered (or at least only goes on in the darK).  Unfortunately mine is not working even after changing the $7 bulb.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

The bigger problem is there is no timeline for this to end.  As a resident in Irvine I dont want a ghetto tent city in a neighorhood where I pay an extra tax (melloroos).  I read that the mayor might be running for congress (I could be wrong).  So this probably has some ( a lot ) of politics...

Extra police are required to watch the area overnight.  Plus the cleanup costs money.  Things cost money (directly and indirectly)
