Funny... I thought all the buildable land in Irvine was what keeps prices elevated because you can always buy new housing here.

I don't think any other area can replicate the "Irvine Miracle" especially not without all the FCB's that Irvine has "name recognition" with and depends on and definitely don't think that someplace in Georgia can replicate Irvine or is even a good head to head comparison with Irvine!
