Orchard Hills 4 - "The Summit" Updates

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Agreed. For rich guys who would only stay in a place less than a month, wouldn't they pick Newport instead of Irvine?
It could be influenced by other factors. I have one such rich relative. After retirement, she and her husband don't really stay put in a "permanent" home. Rather she has properties (of varying sizes) in San Jose, Taipei, Tokyo, Brazil, Frankfurt. None are really vacation homes in the sense that you'd picture traditionally... some are houses she bought for her kids who live or did live in them at some point, others are close to clusters of extended family. She talks about being a vagabond, continuously circling the world, following her preferred season, mixing travels with extended visits to kids and relatives.

NPB lacks diversity. People from Asia, South America, Middle East and Europe prefer to live in more diversified communities. And safety (at least on paper) matters also.

This is my dream life after retirement....

I have a Youtuber friend who travels around the world, buys properties at places he likes the most and sells with appreciation after a couple years. Just realize not everyone lives the same kind of life....

guys stop speaking gibberish. You do know half the homes in orchard hills are not even owner occupied? lets be real and cut the DEI crap.

Sorry for being a bit harsh, but we know DEI isn’t the reason why FCBs buy up homes in orchard hills.

Putting FCBs in NPB is like putting autistic kids into GE classes. They dont know how to behave properly and simply can not survive. It wasn’t anyone’s fault—just not the right fit.
