I built a long position in RACE after it went public on a spin-off. Shot straight up but I waited till it sold off to take position. That one I married and never sold a share. All the charts I post take into account any the stock splits. No one complains about making lots of money only a fool complains that they should have made more.

like I said, you don’t understand Southern California real estate. There’s a big difference between East Long Beach and West Long Beach. I live on a 1x1 mile island at the end of a one-way street with an open water dock. Incredibly safe and you just can’t get that in Irvine. but to each their own I understand beach life isn’t for everybody.

I work more because I enjoy the job and the challenge, I drive a golf cart to work every morning to my office. That’s been built here for me on the water. yep, not sure why someone who doesn't live in irvine likes to post all his internal angst on an irvine focused site, but i have a lot of free time, golf courses aren't the best conditions now, so it's like entertaining at senior care center
what comes to mind when people say living in irvine:
it's safe, great schools, alot of fcbs, alot of teslas, boring, etc
long beach:
ratatatatatat, gangs, crimes, and there's an aquarium and queen mary, that's about it
so is east long beach it's own city, west long beach having it's own municipalities, fire station, services, etc? no? oh, so it's just long beach, same cops, same schools, etc
congrats to the realtor that sold you that property, you guys have balked on the realtor saying there's a difference between north compton and south compton, but hey, east long beach vs west long beach worked!
