Sand Canyon Between Freeway and Great Park Blvd

In addition, there is a land of 100 acres near the Great Park, owned by the County.  So they plan to build 2,000 homes, a hotel and some commercial and office space there.  You can image the traffic problem by the time of built-out

    Cypress Village East Master Thread

Do we need more apartments in Irvine?  There are 4 in Cypress, 1 in WE, 2 in WB, 2 in SG, 1 in PS, 1 in OH, the whole area sucks with so many apartment, traffic will be terrible, plus lower income housing. The North Irvine will become a disaster!

Best strategy to buy an over-priced house

But last time that we waited for couple of weeks lost the home to someone who paid less than our desired price and bought the house. He (thought last time) thinks, if our low offer get rejected we don't have second chance for the home( they won't take our second offer seriously). We should be...

Best strategy to buy an over-priced house

All Irvine houses are over-priced, Turtle rock and Turtle Ridge usually with premium listing price at all times.  To put an offer 15% below the listing price, it is an insult, and please do not try it.  If you do not want to pay this much, you must be patient to wait the seller to lower their...

    Irvine's 5th High School

ZeroLot, your link is not news report, rather someone made comments against the expansion.  Unless you may find city or county proceedings to change 2012 decision, the Farm remains what is now. To hold serious offenders, the design of new expansion would be very different.

    Irvine's 5th High School

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/musick-343850-jail-inmates.html Please read this article.  I don't think this expansion is to hold serious offenders.  Because of population growth in OC, there is not enough room for low level offenders.  I believe that the Farm remains to hold low level inmates.
