    lost inbound mails at my new address in stonegate

    We had the same things happen to us when we lived in Woodbury: stolen trash containers (twice!!) and missing mail (private school grades, costco coupons...). We've never had that problem in Stonegate, other than the Asian guy going through our recyclables container  >:(

    They are not going to build las colinas plan 2 simply because they can't fit a house that long in the new Carmel I-sized lots.  OK, the  lots look a little bit bigger than carmel I, but still no velodrome for them either! Oh, and their plan 1 is now a 4/4, so it doesn't have a 3 car garage any more.

    I was almost regreting that we didn't wait for Carmel II, but then I realized that the kitchen (plans 2&3) is going to need lights on all the time.  That flex room/bedroom just stole all the natural light coming in from the backyard.
