Once the builder put in the window and has put up the drywall we had the people installing our shutters come out to measure the Windows. this way there enough time to order and had it ready to install by the time u move in.
if ur just doing faux wood blinds or shades u can definitely get them...
I tried looking for the webpage on the city of tustin website about homeowners obtaining permits but for some reason i can't seem to find it anymore. It says page been moved or expired but I can't find it anywhere .... werid?
I think for structural permits you will need a license civil...

We only have to pay for extra 15% more material since doing the flooring diagonal waste more wood. and nothing extra in terms of labor to have it done diagonal.
My existing furniture was all pretty dark/dark brown so we went with a lighter floor. That and with darker floors I wouldnt be able to see all the crawly bugs on the floor :-[
a friend of mines called up the Salvation Army to ask about donating their mattress. you just have to schedule a time and SA will come and hauled it away.
