@IrvineFan - wow, they lied!! Not surprising, though. I know Montecito for sure is a SFR.
One odd thing I noticed about the Coronado plans is that there is no place to put an oven/microwave. If you look at the montecito and sonoma plans, there is a place to put it and it is included. Is it not included at Coronado?

They have the Hood/Microwave combo above the stove.

You have been a good sport and caught on very quickly and nativated through the rough current from our river rafting outing this past weekend. We did lose PANDA but he was quickly rescued by a cruise ship.

PANDA is not insulted at all. He has more patience than many of us. He is a wise man and carefully studied the financial /lifestyle logistic and don't want to risk his money for a potential empty promise.
He is taking the biggest gamble than all of you by uprooting his family in Chicago. With all that sacrifice he wants the best odds stacked to his favor for his bet and it is not Irvine where the pay off is low.
He knows history and like I said one must catch the timing at the beginning of the cycle. From studying early 90's pricing vs now prices have least double and very unlikely to happen again when salary continues to lag behind.
Why put energy into something that does not bear fruit?

Hi guys, new to the forums. I passed on Santa Cruz because it is a detached condo and am still on the waiting list for Montecito. I am in the top 15 now and hopefully will get a call in the next phase or so. Hopefully will be your neighbor soon!
