I do like the Emerson Plan 1 but I'd like to stay in the low $1m.  I'm keeping an eye out for the Plan 1 over at the Montecito tract like this one that closed earlier this year (I don't want to by facing the golf course)...

What are the issues of facing a golf course? lack of privacy / security? stray balls?

I'm most concerned about the golf balls hitting the house or stuff in the backyard.
