that will impact entry level in Silicon Valley for sure - lots of $300-500K dual income H1B with spouse working visa households there suddenly taken out of the buyer pool.

My hope is Jack Ma partners with their open model leaders to develop a system that eliminates the CCP. I think they could conceivably evolve into a more benevolent police state like Singapore or even a quasi techno-fascist democracy like….Taiwan or even Japan. If South Korea can set aside their blood libel with Japan perhaps China can as well.

There have been multiple posts where they have already put measures into place to prevent moving money out of foreign countries for the purpose of buying real estate (or whatever).

But it finds a way... isn't that one of the uses for crypto?
