that will impact entry level in Silicon Valley for sure - lots of $300-500K dual income H1B with spouse working visa households there suddenly taken out of the buyer pool.
 
Tangential but I’ve also seen reports Xi was visibly ill and had to be helped out of the BRICS summit. He’s a tub of lard and will kick off soon so China is about to get cray cray.

that’s possibly not a good thing, better to deal with the devil that you know, the guys behind him are pretty extreme😳

My hope is Jack Ma partners with their open model leaders to develop a system that eliminates the CCP. I think they could conceivably evolve into a more benevolent police state like Singapore or even a quasi techno-fascist democracy like….Taiwan or even Japan. If South Korea can set aside their blood libel with Japan perhaps China can as well.
