Probably because Crestview is the least desirable community in Summit due to it being at the bottom of the hill, but it seems to be priced about the same as Cielo in PS. The two homes in Phase 1 seem to be privacy lots since its backyard is facing Portola Pkwy. Could be very noisy though.Thx for sharing. Actually priced lower than I thought they’d try to sell them for.

They're tiny lots. Don't think anyone would pay $1.2k/sf for them. People did that for Olivewood at PS in the beginning, but now no one is touching them.Wow! Phase2 is less than$1k/sqft. I'm surprised. I though at least $1.2k/sqft
Not impressed with the Crestview view lots. You see the road and can’t see over the trees.

Less than $500k premium, actually. Phase 1 is priced at $670k higher than Phase 2 due to $200k upgrades.$700k premium for a front row view of Portola Pkwy.
