Post updated! It should be Saturday. I'll try to shoot for both weekday night and weekend events so it'd fit in everyone's schedule.

Update: Gardena Ramen Review

Restaurant facilities: B (simple and clean)

Ramen soup base: Shoyu - A, Miso - B

Ramen noodle: B

Chasu Pork: C

The Shoyu soup base was very, very good. The Miso soup base was too salty IMO. Ramen noodle is good, but the pork is so-so. Will repeat for shoyu ramen.

The bowl doesn't look very big, but the normal serving size comes with a lot of noodle and is quite filling. You can order extra large serving for $1 more, but I didn't think it was necessary.

Chicken! On Sat or Sun would be fine. I'm going to be at the Costa Mesa Gun Show on the 16th, so lunch might be iffy, but i'm readily available for dinner.

didn't respond because can't do saturday. i vote for sunday dinner as well. cant decide between either choice. flip a coin like two-face.

Please note that there are two Korean chicken restaurants in the plaza. This one is the one closest to the intersection of Beach and Malvern, next door to the Big O Tires.
