Turtle Rock home with view sold for $4.525m ($365k below asking) in 2 months. $1515/sq ft
Turtle Rock (Zero Lot?) home sold for $2.85m ($100k below asking) in 3 weeks. Agent repped both sides. Cash buyer?

For example: This listing was WTF due to a $5.58m asking price in June, 2021. It ended up selling for $6m in April 2022. Now it's back on the market for $7.99m!!

Another $12M "deal" for 9000+ sq ft ocean view in Pelican Hill ($8M below asking price). Pocket listing. Did it have ghosts in it? I'm going to start bringing my lunch from home so I can save up. If you have $12M, there are deals to be had!
