Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

Obviously, not all of them are actually interested, but you can be sure that at least 100 of those buyers want to live next to the landfill. Not to mention those on the waitlist for Brookfield and Shea homes at Summit as well.

I tend to visit this thread every few months and every time I do my jaw drops. Who are these people with bags of money buying these homes??

Funny thing is that WTF listings back in 2021 would be a bargain now!

For example: This listing was WTF due to a $5.58m asking price in June, 2021. It ended up selling for $6m in April 2022. Now it's back on the market for $7.99m!!
