motor court garbage

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Irvine is doing a favor for those lazy whites who cannot afford Irvine and have to settle to a lesser city like Foothill Ranch.

in Orange County, besides the beach cities, home prices are directly proportional to % of Asian population. So white flight in Irvine is a good thing.

How about the rising # of low-income housing in Irvine?

Maybe that's why it only sold for $90k?

Apr 08, 2009 Sold (Public Records) $90,000

You would think if they bought it for 90,000 in 2009, the property taxes wouldn't have gone up and the assessed value wouldn't have gone from  $1,796,220 in 2009 to $1,788,000 in 2010.

Good exercise promotes a healthy lifestyle. I roll 3 bins, 250 feet each way, at my OC property. It's much longer for the East Coast property at 325 feet. Irvine residents are spoiled, with everything within less than 30 steps.
