Montecito - 2010 Woodbury Collection

Resurrecting an old thread -- we are considering adding a loft to a Montecito plan 2. Does anyone know who the original architecture firm/team was that Brookfield used for the Montecito development?

Also any contractor recommendation is greatly appreciated!!
