So funny how popular Gary Fallis is on here - I just saw him on my street tonight and waved hello - I should tell him to visit TI and bathe in his glory of popularity

Gary is an excellent realtor and has always been a true professional in my dealings with him. My guess would be that he's already well-aware of TI and the info available here.

I think it may be sarcastic. 
I went to one of his open houses and he just stared me down.
Thought it might be an off day for him, maybe he was tired of dealing with lookie-loos.
But I mentioned it to some other people in the area and I was suprised that a lot of them had similar experiences.
