La Vita at Orchard Hills

While this idea of 1M+ motorcourt homes is obviously ridiculous, let's not forget the Canyon's Edge neighborhood in Turtle Ridge. Those things still list for 900-1.5 and they're on motorcourts. Unfortunately, these might actually do alright (as stupid as it is).

I know there will always be FCBs but these types of homes don't make great rental property.

You know, these will be great for maternity hotels.  One can bought all five homes that share the same drive together and convert the interiors with more rooms.  With 4000 sq.ft and view, these had a lot of potential.  Just saying.

wrong area, the place to be is now Corona, with its shiny new 99 Ranch, much cheaper land/rent and cheaper babies

These will start at $1.5M, I have some inside info :)

Post a link or it's not real.
True, but that is what the Builder told me as well, i.e: it will start near the mid 1 million

Sorry don't have any links but I know someone who knows someone who knows someone who works at Brookfield.  Ok not really that many levels but I saw this person at a recent dinner out and had a chat with them.  Sure they could have been fibbing but I'm a pretty good judge of character and I think they were telling the truth.

At first glance, I thought you wrote  "PS9 Ranch, much cheaper,  cheaper babes"

I'm trying to somehow dig up the floor plans. So far, I can only find the downstairs floor plan for one of the residences.

Speaking of Floorplans.....Why don't the builders just hurry up and put up the floorplans already!!  What's the point in waiting?

Off all the Orchard Hills products, these floorplans are the ones I truly want to walk through.  Maybe not to buy but just to enjoy something different.  These motorcourts, so far, seem to be priced a bit higher than its similar SFR siblings (high 1 mil vs mid 1 mil).  Why would buyer pay more for motorcourt?
