NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
you always say that, I’m not anti-Ev buyer, buy all the EVsyou want. Just don’t do it on my dime. Let the markets dictate.

So you ARE anti-EV. That was the point. Please read.

PS: There are Cadillac EVs that cost less than $100k... do proper research... maybe use AI before you post?

Can you even follow a conversation you start?

You asked why Cadillac is still selling ICE and I said it's because there are still people who won't buy EVs... like yourself... and now you are babbling about "pro free choice" and still pushing your EVs cost more than $100k misinformation.

I guess the actual point is here is you don't know very much about EVs.

No, you accused me of being “ you ARE anti-EV.”… I am not…just cause I prefer and chose ICE is my choice. All others are free to “choose” for themselves…most choose ICE🤷🏽‍♂️😆😆😆👍🏽🇺🇸

If you don't choose EVs for yourself, then YOU are anti-EV (that's the definition).

You've never admitted once the pros of EVs (hence the "anti" sentiment). You don't acknowledge the better technology, convenience or less maintenance. You always say they are expensive and for the 1% (which is ironic for a boat owner).

So for people like you (who you don't think are anti-EV), Cadillac will continue to make ICE cars.

Snowflake!!!

That is the craziest take on life..so if I prefer steaks…I’m anti vegan? Or I prefer building with wood …I’m anti-concrete? Everything is a binary with a hard line distinction?…Not a great way to go through life but…you be you…Merica!!😆😆😆😆👍🏽🇺🇸

I had high hopes for this to catch on, but alas, another failure looms:

As the article hinted, it could be back for 2027... and looks like it is:

The ID.4 will go on hiatus in 2027 but will probably come back as the ID.Tiguan in 2028. VW moving away from their numerical model names (these automakers can't make up their mind).

We could see 2027 Buzzes as early as August.

I'm hoping the Kia PVx minivan or even the Mercedes EV minivan make it to the US.

Or maybe Toyota will surprise everyone with a Sienna EV.

Nope. No Kia PV5 right now or Toyota Sienna EV, not even Sienna with updated TSS 4.0 - you’d be lucky to get v3 with 2027 refresh.

Another bug hunt in search of the illusive Unicorn and rainbow ends tragically….👎🏽😂😂🦄🌈

Honda posts first annual loss on $9 billion EV writedown, scraps EV sales goals

Toshihiro Mibe, CEO of Japan's second-largest automaker, on Thursday said Honda is scrapping its goal of having EVs make up a fifth of its new car sales in 2030 as well as a target of a full shift to electric or fuel-cell vehicle sales by 2040.

Mibe said Honda will also indefinitely suspend its Canada EV project, an $11 billion investment plan to produce EVs and batteries in what would have been the Japanese firm's largest ever investment in the country.

Honda booked total EV-related losses of 1.45 trillion yen for the business year ended March and expects to face additional costs of 500 billion yen for the year just started. That compares with EV writedown costs of up to 2.5 trillion yen that Honda estimated in March.
