Tesla is a good stock for the long term , as is Meta, for a simple reason that’s hard to comprehend for those without a deep understanding of what it takes to build high performing software teams: they both have huge teams of pretty much the highest caliber sw talent in the Valley. And Tesla has materials science geniuses as well. This is why no legacy automaker has a prayer of building a profitable EV business: EVs are about software and batteries and Tesla has all the best at both locked up.
