Yeah, somebody who felt a bit too rich and took out way too much of their imaginary equity. What is rule #1 I learned very young: never over-build for the neighborhood you live in.

OK, I've looked at this picture at least a half a dozen times and each viewing still leaves me scratching my head as to why in the world the agent thought this would be a good picture to post??? I know that's why it's in the funky listing photos thread, but seriously, this has got to be one of the top 10 stupidest pictures posted by an agent. Number one would be the shot of the agent's dog taking a poop, but this one is seriously a contender after that. The smoke detector is required by the seller, so it's irrelevant, meaning this agent is trying to point out what? One recessed lighting fixture next to a non recessed that has a cover you can buy at Home Depot for $25? Seriously, how incompetent must this agent be?!

I thought the same thing. This was once somebody's childhood home. Call me sentimental, but if I saw my childhood home looking like this, it would scar me for a long time.

WTF?!! I swear, half of all agent should have their licenses taken away. Is this photo not enough to make you as the seller wonder what the heck you are paying 6% for? I am truly appalled.

This is my nomination for worst kid's room mural ever! I am going to go out on a limb here and say this girl's parents really want her to embrace traditional gender roles. The stove and birdhouses are cute but really a clothes line?!?!? With underwear on it?!?!! WTF?

It reminds me of the scene in 9to5 where Lily Tomlin is dressed like Snow White and the woodland creatures help her poison her boss.

You are right No_vas this load of laundry appears to be entirely comprised of hankies/doilies. You really know your make-believe laundry!

Very realistic. I hope this little girl "rebels" and becomes an aerospace engineer.
