ok finding funny listing pictures is too easy in Westminster.

One family's idea of tidying up for photos.

I've noticed that messy interior photos seem to be a dead give-away of short-sale properties. They have just stopped caring.

See I don't think this is a messy thing but rather a really warped sense of staging. Something along the lines of "When people see all these fine jackets they'll see that this home is very exclusive."

LOL. At least the stuff in the shower is easy to remove. That ugly tile all over the floors, walls, and ceiling on the other hand...

Westminster is mostly Vietnamese demographic. Houses of 1st generation immigrants are horribly decorated. You will find many more photos with interior that strayed far from the norm. It is a cultural thing.

Portland, Oregon house for sale. Listing here.

REMARKS: Party inside the spacious living room or on the covered patio; great place to invite friends over for good times...

Here's an interesting listing photo to go along with the Realtard's description. It's the last photo on the website.

Party on!

Good times indeed.

I haven't seen any MLS pictures with people or animals in them that are effective, just odd.

Edit: Just noticed the picture is copyrighted too (are all MLS ones?). They don't want anyone using this as a stock photo for wild parties.

Thanks for posting the picture, NewtoOC :) I'm a moron when it comes to figuring out how to do it, even after searching around.

I wonder what they will be doing with that can of Redi-whip on the table? ;) Ewww.

Haha - yeah, I've always heard the decorating rule that in order to give a room a formal appearance, you need to give it symmetry. But this takes on a new meaning here. LOL

They need to add one more to follow the Rule of Threes!
