Experts admit global warming predictions wrong

Spencer relies on satellite temperature data and believes it to be much more reliable because it's not affected by the rapid urbanization over the past 50+ years.

His data shows a roughly 0.5 degree Celsius increase since the late 70's which also marked the end of a several decade cooling period. Unfortunately, there isn't satellite data going back further to show this cooling period and how current temperatures relate to those earlier decades.

Doesn't really matter, we're razing our global rainforests to raise beef and plant palm oil to make processed foods.

No I'm off to buy some beef chuck to make stew tonight. I like having food to eat, as do most others.

The irony... you (Who, I do not know, nor do I care to) don't believe weather anomalies are due to climate change but an athlete's heart stoppage is because of Covid vaccines?

Do you listen to yourself?

What a profoundly scientific analysis. "If you don't think weather anomalies are due to *global warming* as it was formerly called, then you cannot link Covid vaccines to heart stoppage."

Yes indeed, the mind of a Leftist is something special. Take Joe Biden, please, and his incompetent appointees, a full circus.

So when one does not agree with your views... they are a leftist?

What makes you the pinnacle of the right?

I actually skew conservative but not Trumplican.

Rules for thee but not for me…typical..

She's full of hot air! New York Gov. Kathy Hochul outed for cooking with gas stoves at her government mansion and private pad while pushing for a ban in new homes and commercial buildings

· New York Governor Kathy Hochul's proposal to ban gas stoves in new homes by 2025 is facing backlash from critics who accuse her of being hypocritical

· Hochul has been pictured on her own social media using fossil fuels on gas ranges at the Executive Mansion in Albany and at her private residence in Buffalo

· Hochul's proposal aims to implement plans to reduce the state's greenhouse gas emissions by 85% compared to 1990 levels, as required by a 2019 state law

How proud you must be of:
outrageously high gasoline prices
absurd increase in spending and national debt
criminal activities of Joe Biden and his son, "the smartest guy I know" according to treasonous Joe
millions of illegals flowing across the southern border, bringing with them poisonous fentanyl
which has killed something like 100,000 Americans in 2022
massive increases in crime nationwide

What a legacy you Trump-haters (NOT "Leftists" according to your twisted logic)
have left for our children and grandchildren. A legacy of horror and grief.

Cut off one's nose to spite one's face…bahahaha😂😂

Whale deaths along East Coast prompt 12 NJ mayors' call for offshore wind farm moratorium

Cindy Zipf, executive director of the environmental organization Clean Ocean Action, said in a statement earlier this month that offshore wind companies are being allowed by federal regulators to disturb and harm a certain number of whales and other marine animals during pre-construction and construction activity.

"Why should offshore wind get a pass on scrutiny to ensure marine ecosystem protection, especially for endangered and protected species?" she said in the statement.

and these idiots tell you they can predict the climate 50-100 years from now? They can’t even get three months out correct to 91% accuracy 😂😂😂

91% chance La Niña impacts fall, National Weather Service says

NEXSTAR) – Meteorologists are pretty confident the La Niña conditions we’ve seen all year are going to be with us at least a few months longer. There’s a 91% chance the La Niña conditions last from September to November, the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center said in an update Thursday.

Those odds have strengthened since the meteorologists’ last update in August.

La Niña will mean less rain this fall for most of the country, according to a long-range outlook. From September through November, it’s set to be drier-than-normal across pretty much the entire central U.S.

Idiots!...more idiots...😆😆😆

Epic California snowpack is now the deepest it’s been in decades

“Our snowpack is off to an incredible start, and it’s exactly what California needs to really help break from our ongoing drought,” DWR snow survey manager Sean de Guzman said. The state’s snowpack is currently outpacing the winter of 1982-83 — “the wettest year on record dating back about 40 years,” he said
Snow levels at Phillips Station near South Lake Tahoe, where the monthly surveys are conducted each winter, were 193% of average for the date.

certainly know what some think it is…but to me…it’s called weather…

California Drought Is Worsened by Global Warming, Scientists Say

Long-suffering California can blame drought on global warming, experts say

Latest report finds climate change intensified the drought in California from 2012 to 2014 and predicts ‘enhanced drought’ throughout 21st century

Just like last time we were in “Endless Drought”..

Gov. Brown declares California drought emergency is over

April 7, 2017 (San Diego’s East County) – It’s official: Governor Jerry Brown today declared an end to California’s statewide drought, thanks to heavy winter precipitation. The winter rains resulted in a Sierra snowpack 61% above normal, with some reservoirs full and the rainy season not yet over. A new storm is set to hit the San Diego region this weekend.

Locally, some reservoirs are now brimming. Lower Otay is at 98% of capacity, Lake Murray 84.5%, and San Vicente Reservoir, where the dam height was recently raised, is at 80.2%.

Even three reservoirs long drained down to meet San Diego’s drinking water demand are now rebounding: Barrett Lake is at 35.5% capacity, Lake Suthernland 44.1%, and Lake Morena 9.2% -- still low for the latter, but enough to reopen the East County lake for boating.

Just after they said this….What a joke…😂😂😂

‘The New Normal’: California’s Severe Drought Could Last Indefinitely, New Study Says

A grim new study led by a UCLA geography professor revealed that the current 5-year drought in California could last indefinitely, with the resulting arid conditions becoming “the new normal” for the state.

Graphics show snowfall totals in California: Over 50 feet with more expected this weekend

Almost 12 feet of snow has piled up at Donner Pass in California's Sierra Nevada mountains in the past seven days. (Feb 23 - March 1) And more snow is expected this weekend.

Five months into this water year, counted Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, more than 44 feet has fallen there at the Central Snow Laboratory, a University of California, Berkeley field research station. That's more than double the median of 21.7 feet by this time of year.

"We have had the snowiest October through February going back to 1970," said Andrew Schwartz, lead scientist and manager at the snow lab.

“We're within 3½ feet from the 2017 water year total of 47.77 feet, which is our third largest snowfall year on record in the last three decades," Schwartz said. The lab record for a water year is 53.58 feet set in

Isn't it heartbreaking when one Texas resident had to travel over 1700 miles to find heat, water, and electricity? ;D

Sort of funny when the global warming shoe is on the other foot, huh?😜😆😆😆

Newsom Found; Took 'Personal Trip' to Baja While Snowed-in Californians Are Still Desperately Waiting for Help

As Bob Hoge reported, California Gov. Gavin Newsom left the state for parts unknown Thursday, a day after belatedly declaring a State of Emergency in 18 of the state’s counties due to record-breaking snowfall resulted in massive power outages and food shortages where roads were buried under many feet of snow.

truth is, he doesn't need those voters from these counties any way; as they primarily vote red.

Well this is what it used to be…
Global cooling

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_cooling
Global cooling was a conjecture, especially during the 1970s, of imminent cooling of the Earth culminating in a period of extensive glaciation, due to the cooling effects of aerosols or orbital forcing. Some press reports in the 1970s speculated about continued cooling; these did not accurately reflect the scientific literature of the time, which was generally more concerned with warming from an enhanced greenhouse effect.

Now we should fear too much water?...Keep the constant state of fear going but never really be right…

Odds of El Niño returning to California are increasing. Would it bring even more rain?

The stubborn La Niña climate pattern that gripped the tropical Pacific for a rare three years in a row is waning, and the odds of an El Niño system forming later this year are getting stronger, according to recent meteorological reports.

The El Niño-La Niña Southern Oscillation, sometimes referred to as ENSO, has a major influence on temperature and rainfall patterns in different parts of the world, with La Niña often associated with drier-than-normal conditions in California, especially the southern part of the state.

El Niño, on the other hand, is linked to an enhanced probability of above-normal rainfall in California, along with accompanying landslides, floods and coastal erosion, though it is not a guarantee.
