It depends on where you get the view from. Most homes would at least get the view from the Great Room. I have Cielo Plan 1, where I get view all the way from my office, where I spend a lot of time in. My wife loves working in the backyard and spends a lot of time there. Having said that, would spend $500k for a view lot, let alone $1M? Hell, no. View lot 83 for a non-view lot 63 price.Lot 63 isn't a view lot. Unless you consider the neighbor behind you on a hill a nice view. Lot 64 has a partial view (side view), but lot 63 is completely non-view.
