Lot 83 was once priced at $4.5M. Now at $3.5M. What a deal, eh?

There is more wiggle room for lot 83 if there is a serious buyer.

If you get it for that price it will be another example of view lot selling for non-view lot price, lot 63.

Lot 63 isn't a view lot. Unless you consider the neighbor behind you on a hill a nice view. Lot 64 has a partial view (side view), but lot 63 is completely non-view.

guys - how many hours per day will you spend on viewing in.from.at your view lots? and what view is so attractive, please educate me, I am lost at this view lot idea.

It depends on where you get the view from. Most homes would at least get the view from the Great Room. I have Cielo Plan 1, where I get view all the way from my office, where I spend a lot of time in. My wife loves working in the backyard and spends a lot of time there. Having said that, would spend $500k for a view lot, let alone $1M? Hell, no. I would definitely spend an extra $100k, or even consider spending an extra $200k, but no more than that.

yep I asked myself this question today - no - we are bugging out of CA as soon as kids are college. We spent many years in VA/OH/WI during early 20-30s, we might just follow kids somehow if that comes down to where to retire.
