No need to think twice about buying at fire sale prices just because someone's electrical panel was taken out by a lowlife and presumably bought at the peak.Unhappy Cielo buyer.

Lot 120 (plan 3) on Bright Star looks good. Soon they will start releasing this phase when they are done at Drumbeat. Hope more fire sales.

In Feng Shui, a street directly aligned with a front door is generally considered unfavorable as it's believed to bring "attacking energy" (Sha Qi) into the home. This is often likened to a T-intersection where traffic can direct negative energy towards the house.

Yeah, Feng Shui aside, my biggest concern with a house at a T-junction is that a car could just crash into your house.

I saw a car chase last week on KCAL and some car went straight at a dead end street and hit the wall/bushes. On the other side of the wall was a blue Tesla. Probably some cosmetic damage to the car. But one of the first things I thought of was that was exactly why I would never live at a house where a street dead ends at
