No need to think twice about buying at fire sale prices just because someone's electrical panel was taken out by a lowlife and presumably bought at the peak.

Yeah, Feng Shui aside, my biggest concern with a house at a T-junction is that a car could just crash into your house.

I saw a car chase last week on KCAL and some car went straight at a dead end street and hit the wall/bushes. On the other side of the wall was a blue Tesla. Probably some cosmetic damage to the car. But one of the first things I thought of was that was exactly why I would never live at a house where a street dead ends at
