Does anyone know how much these rent for?  One of my friends said he bought here and rented out but didnt say how much his mortgage is.

I took a look at CPW a few days ago.  The Madison plans looked ok to me.  The drawbacks were lots of stairs (some are 4-story) and the high HOAs (approx. $350/month) along with Mello Roos. Prices also seem high.

The appealing thing is that the area is very close to my office.  There is no "urban vibe" at all, at least now, but the location is convenient.

Does anyone on the board actually live there now that can provide some comments?
