Did anybody else notice that Prado?s residence 2 appears to have a detached garage?

Not only that, but they have a tankless WH in the detached garage.  I thought it took my water forever to heat up, imagine trenching through the backyard and going up 3 floors?  Going to take 5 minutes to get hot water up there.

Cabelleta reminds me a little of New Home Co?s Amethyst at Parasol Park, but with third floors.

Lennar Encore?s site map is attached. Some Encore homes have views of the the Great Park trails and some are across the street from the Great Park?s Bosque.

Due to recent news that Orange County will relocate at least 200 homeless people to great park,  the real estate  sales in great park will be greatly impacted. All the people I talked to and know the news told me they will no longer consider buying house in great park and people who paid deposit are thinking to back up.
